I am a certifed birth doula (CBI)who provides support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum.
Everyone's journey through the miracle of pregnancy and birth is so unique. I offer support in an individual way to assist the woman and her partner in preparing and carrying out their plans for birth.
We will go over positions, relaxation and breathing techniques & much more!
I enjoy sharing my lending library and many handouts that assist couples with making informed decisions.
I also offer belly casting.
